So we finally signed the paperwork and filled today. It has been a very long process to get to this point, we decided to file in Feb of this year and have been setting up for the filling so it has been a long road.
So only two more steps, court date, and discharge date...
Cant wait to get it over... but happy everything so far as worked out.
