What kind of documents the trustee would want and what questions they would ask me and my wife. Would my lawyer be asking me questions too?Comment

I am in Mass and will have my 341 Tomorrow 11-3 and will post all questions asked (I will try to remember all of them). My lawyer told me to absolutely bring nothing but my DL and SS card. I am meeting with my lawyer tomorrow morning and he said it is just to go over what the trustee will be asking and what will be expected of my for a response.

good luck and good idea. never bring documents that your attorney hasnt copied of gone over first. it just doesnt make sense.Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!
