341 on 8/14 and still no trustee report of no distribution

We had the 341 on 8/14. Trustee asked that a trust document be mailed to him at the 341. It was sent the next week. Trustee also asked for 2 additional items about 3 weeks ago (our personal savings account statement and a bank statement from the trust so he could see how the account was titled), those were faxed to him within a day or so of us getting the letter requesting them.

Trustee filed a report on that showed up on pacer just saying that the 341 had been held, nothing else. This happened prior to the request for additional information.

Is there a time frame the trustee has to act within? I was thinking he had 10 days to object, that is long over. Is this a sign of a potential problem? Nothing at the 341 suggested he had any real concerns.

And, for what it's worth, My 341 was in March and my TT didn't file his report of no distribution until July; I think it was 74 days after the 341. My attorney speculated that the delay in closing the 341 meeting and filing the report was to allow the TT and creditors additional time in which to file objections to any exemptions, as the deadline to file objections is 30 days after closure of the 341.

Thought it was 60 days from the first date of the creditors meeting.
