    If he filed a UCC on the windows, you can go to the secretary of states website and search for businesses and UCC's. Look a the UCC's by his business name and it should appear, or by your name maybe? But it is used to record interest in margin stocks, fixtures that sort of thing so they can sell the items. Pulling the windows out will not be an option though, since that would destroy the banks property that is first postition on a lien I am sure. He can file a mechanics lein so when you sell he can take the funds from the sale. Unless this has been discharged already then I don't know much about the BK laws.

      Most States have a timeframe from the time the work was done to file a mechanics lien - check your State if you want to know the timeframe. Usually the timeframe is short, like 90 days from the time the work has been completed. (I am sure it is not after you have filed BK!) This window vendor is SOL and I don't mean Statue of Limitations!

        Yep this guy is nuts. I see $$$ in your future from the violation of stay. Pretty egregious I would say.
