Ridiculous Nervous Wreck

I have been on here reading everyones experience everyday, and it has really helped to reassure me and keep my calm, BUT my 341 is tomorrow at 2:30 so of course NOW all of a sudden all confidence has flown right out the window.
Our case is straight forward, ch7, no asset. Have had no calls or letters, as a matter of fact i have been thinking that this has been way to easy...(knock on wood)...but now i feel sick. Anyway wish us luck. 2:30 cant get here soon enough. I just had to vent.

i was thinking the exact same thing. then i made myself sleep instead of worry... everything went perfectly fine in my 341, which was also straighforward, no asset. so try not to worry, it will be just fine - and over soon.

Thanks everyone, i think that i was just getting nervous because it has seemed pretty simple so far and now that the court date is finally here my mind starts to over think things, there are a lot of " what if's ". I tend to always think the worst so that i can hopefully be pleasantly surprised when the outcome doesnt turn out so bad.

It is healthy to feel that way and normal too. Being perfectly honest is the secret. Do not hide anything, and as you know from lurking here, many attempt this or that and are in fear of losing this or that, and that is what brings on problems.

We are bk for one (main) reason. Poor decisions mainly, health or other unintended catastrophes, but mainly, our own spending habits. Now that we have learned by the school of hard knocks, let's go forth, and continue in the happy life God gave us to live. We shall do the best with what we have. What we don't have, we don't need, or will get later. 'Hub

Ok so court wasnt so bad, they only asked for picture ID and that was it, so my folder full of stuff wasnt needed. They called people up in Alphabetical order but for some reason did it backward instead of starting at A.
There were 2 creditors there so i was physically sick for a little while but then it turned out both creditors were there for the same couple and they went 1st. They are up a creek without a paddle because their lied thru their teeth about everything and what the trustee didnt catch, the creditors called them out on. I felt bad for them at first but then reminded myself that "the truth shall set you free" . They should have been honest.
Everyone else went pretty fast, including us, with all the usual questions.
It was so fast i barely had time to get comfy before we were done.
One funny thing was the couple 2 ahead of us.. the husbands first name is the same as my husbands. So when they called him there was this split second that my husbands head shot up and he looked at me, the blood visibly drained from his face, i thought he was gonna hurl..then it turned out not to be us but them and we both just had to sit back and laugh. Turned out Mr. cool calm and collected was more nervous than i was. That moment really made my day!

Congratulations...sounds like you're in the 60 day club.

Like my experience at my 341 with a shady Ukranian couple (who were obviously full of BS)...sounds like the only people who got the 3rd degree were the people who deserved it. Everyone else flew through their meeting...

Congratz on getting through your 341 and welcome to the 60 days club. Hope it's smooth sailing for ya. Ah!!!! the big macho man is a big teddy bear!!!!! LOL... Both my wife and I were on edge (same level) until we witnessed the meetings before ours. We relaxed after seeing it wasn't that big of a deal IF you were being honest.
