I totally agree. My boss has been practicing law for 35 years (civil) and he's so respected. It makes a difference. It works the same with BK cases. Actually, when we were at our 341 I was totally irritated by that mill attorney that took advantage of people. The TT was not happy with them or her.
Documents need to be to the point, short and fly as low under the radar as possible.Filed Chapter 7: 7/3/09
