So I finally met with the attorney today. It seemed to go pretty good. He said he can not promise me that there wont be any bumos along the way but it seems like a pretty simple case. The only issue I would have is with a car I signed over to a car dealership for my bf to use as a down payment. I told him about how when I turn 25 I will be getting a stock account in my name and he said that since it is under the care of another adult right now that that person could take my name off the account and I would not have to state that anywhere in the bk.
I feel pretty good about how th meeting went. He answered all the questions I had and made me feel very confident in him. We wont be filing until the middle of november due to me paying back a family member last Nov. I am glad to finally get the ball rolling.
