Foreclosur

I filed a chapter 7 a few days before foreclosure date. Chase was not willing to work with me at all. My question is when the stay is lifted do they have to start foreclosure process over again? I live in Oregon. I am working with the VA to refund my loan. Trying to determine how much time I have. Also should I file a respone to thier motion to remove the stay? I filed the bk myself.

Once the stay is lifed, they can just resume the foreclosue process. They don't have to start over.
Unless you can get current in a hurry, you're wasting your time objecting to their motion for relief from stay.

so they just need to set a new date? Does anyone have any idea how long this would take in Oregon?
