Minny's Problem - Help!

Since this thread is old lots of things have happened.
My home was seized by the Trustee and sold at auction in Dec of 05..... I had to purchase is back from the people that bought it at auction (thank goodness it was an investment to them)....

So I am still in my home, had to buy it all over again......

Now I'm fixing to sue the parties involved that caused all my problems to begin with - the bank, mortgage company, title company, and most of all, my attorney............for their negligence in my case..........

Will keep everyone posted as to what happens as it happens......

Small lot in subdivision....... less than 1/2 acre.....

Trustee just needed some money and mine was available at the time.......

So went for it...........

I posted an update a couple of days ago under "minny-update"...... under general talk section....

Case is still open and pending...........
