New business venture

Filed a couple months ago had my 341 last week with tt saying no asset case. Am i safe to continue on with part time business with buying products and selling them for a profit. Can I open a new business bank account or should I wait for discharge?( yes this style business got me into trouble before but now I am dealing with items that are paid for at the time of ordering and NOT extending credit to anyone). I appreciate all the help these forums have been.
