well today was the big day!! I mailed out all the documents, bank statements, credit counseling course, etc required to file ch 7 bk. It's been a long road. I moved home with my parents so I had to file in the state I resided in. I'm really trying to get back on my feet but it's hard. Still can't find a job and been unemployed almost 5 months! I guess I'll have to fly down for the 341 and then wait the 60 days for discharge if everything goes smoothly. I feel so relieved right now. I'm hoping to get a good paying job again when I'm discharged. I'm doing a ride through with my car loan. I already spoke to the lender in the BK department and it seemed they were steering me this way. Anyways, wish me luck.
