10 day time limit exactly? Is this the timeline the Trustee has to declare
presumption of abuse?

My pacer report flags show only NOABUSE and Status shows...Awaiting Discharge Am I clear from objections from the Trustee now?

Remember, though, it's 30 days for creditors to object to your exemption claims, 60 days for them to object to discharge of their debt

Yep, I confused it with the TT claim of abuse at 30.

Looks like you're in the clear, it's 10 CALENDAR days, but since yours fell on a Saturday, it goes to the next monday for the TT to file presumption of abuse. I'm in the same boat, my deadline will be next Monday. I can't wait!

My 341 will be sometime in the next month or so, and I think I am skipping Pacer! Not at all sure I want to see all the stautus updates. I figure I might see a problem that gets ironed out before I hear about it even, and if it does not get ironed out I would rather talk to the attorney then sit at home and bite my nails...

I just want this to be over!

I'd recommend skipping Pacer as well...it causes OCD I think. I'd rather hear about stuff from my attorney. We pay THEM to worry...

Not to make you worry, but the UST has the full 60 days to dismiss your case based on "bad faith" or "totality of circumstances."

...unless your case was super complicated or you are discharging 100's of thousands of unsecured debt, you should be in the clear.

Yes. This is extremely rare though, and you'd see it coming.

Most times if the UST is interested in your case, you will know at or by the 341.

Whew, you all had me a littled worried. I did have my 341 on 8-23 and not a word. Pacer shows on flags: NOABUSE, so I am just chilling and hoping for this 60 days to get over with.Thanks for all your support.
