We included our power company in our BK petition as we have a large past due balance. I'm assuming that won't go away until discharge. However, in the meantime what do we do about our bills? Do we not pay anyone that we included in the BK? Will they even send bills? I find myself very curious...

I work for a utility company and what we do in a bankruptcy case is : close your current account that your filing bankruptcy on and open a new account for u with a zero balance,,,, If i were u as soon as u get a case # call and give it to them and probally your attonrneys name. also.. That will get the ball rolling.. Hope that helps...Those who live in glass houses should not throw stones
