After months of procrastinating, my wife and I finally filed!
We scoured the NOLO book, this and other websites, as well as reviewing other petitions via Pacer and filed Pro Se. It's been a work in progress for several months, but I finally received a writ of garnishment the other day and they were going to start taking $400/month for one of my debts. Little did they know all they did was jumpstart our desire to get our petition filed.
Even though I have been primarily lurking around here, I appreciate everyone's positive attitudes and assistance. It has helped me to feel more confident in our ability to recover from filing BK.
Now we awaited the dreaded 341 which happens to be the day before my birthday! A smooth 341 is all I want this year!
