Had my 341 today...

It was scheduled for 11:00. We got there at 10:30 (DW & myself.) We sat down near the front, place was packed full. We were called up at 11:07.

The trustee asked:
1. Are you Mr. & Mrs. Joke? -> yes...
2. Did you read the full petition? -> yes...
3. Did you read the info packet regarding different chapters of bk? -> yes...
4. I have read your case, I believe it to be no asset so it will be filed with the court, good luck and have a great day. -> thanks, you too.

That was it. We were out of the 341 room by 11:09. (We had to wait in line to get out.) Of all the folks that were there, I think all but 3 went in this manner. No real issues with any of the ones we heard. Couple of insurance policy questions and one fellow who had not listed the make, model of his 1991 tag along camper. Trustee finally told him not to worry about it, it would be worthless no matter what.

I am so relieved to have this behind us. Hopefully the next 60 days will be just as uneventful.

Wow that is awesome. Just got paperwork turned into the attny. in the Eastern District of NC. Hopefully mine is as smooth as yours...... I should be filed by the end of the month.
