Ha! I think some of us wish we were so lucky to not know that abbreviation either!

I'm glad to hear an update from you, even if it's not WOO DISCHARGED! (which is what I was hoping to hear from you)

Wish I could advise on what's happening now but I have nothing. Just best wishes and please keep us updated.

Thanks. It sounds like your BK was no walk in the park either. Glad to see you were discharged, congrats.

We looked over our previous years tax returns and feel pretty good that the UST will see that we received a large return last year due to our situation with the 2 houses and trying just to unload one of them. Now I am more worried about my dad filing an AP. I know it is a stupid thing to worry about but he is ruthless and will try anything to suck the money and life out of me. I guess I'm just going to have to accept the fact that I am going to be worried until this thing is over (one way or the other). Thanks for your responses.
