Sorry. Just trying to keep up. It sounded like this car was going to be kept, or a ride though, and I'm interested in how those work out in Wa.

Chowder, yes - we were going to do a ridethrough. Honestly, I think DH had an emotional attachment to the car, but going through the BK process cured him of that.

As far as I know, if we had continued with the payments there would have been no problem with the ride-through. The trustee didn't question it and we included the car as an expense. (We are still negative without the payment, though.)

Anyway, the bank reversed all the ACH charges made by CapOne. Easier than a motion for sanctions, IMO.
