YEEEHAW! I just checked Pacer and we are Discharged AND Closed today!!! WOOOOOHOOOOOOOO Thank heavens for PACER!!

I would like to thank all of the folks on here for there wonderful support!! (sounds like an Academy Award!, Im just so excited its over!!)

I'm so happy to move on!!!

if you dont mind, what link on pacer did you use to see that your discharged? i have heard the "status" link is not always updated, so wondering what link is most current. im at day 116 and nothing!!! how long did it take for your discharge? im jealous.

I found it on Pacer on the docket report. It was not there earlier today (yes I was anxious!) We were waiting on my lawyer to filed the cert of debtors ed which he finally did on the 24th. Our last day for objections was the 11th and we are in Middle district FL.

I know the waiting feels unbearable, hang in there though! Maybe you might want to call the courts...I've seen a few people on here that were successful at that... Sometimes someone just needs to click the button! Good Luck!

to mrsmithster, you might want to call the bk clerk and ask nicely when you might expect your discharge. they might do it on the spot. they did for me, on day 61.
