PACER Billing Question

Is PACER and CMECF are different?. I get different billing amounts on those.
When I run report on CMECF, I get $35. But On PACER, I get only $5. So far I have not been billed. Ant one have any idea?.

It should be one consolidated bill. I do not know why you have a discrepancy. The billing is quarterly, so if you weren't billed 6/30/2009, you will be build on 9/30/2009 (end of September).
