So in the pacer information page it states that it will not make any charges to your cc without atleast a $10.00 balance to your account, unless I am reading it wrong. So I look at my bank statement today and they charged $1.00 to my card today, which believe it or not, sent me into overdraft by $0.98!! Which in turn gives me a $15.00 overdraft charge for .98! That's crazy, why would they have done that? Or did I just misunderstand the language on their website?

I don't know. I read throught the FAO and found that there was a free number to dial for my court and used that. Hope you are able to get that fee returned and the whole ball righted.

I know that when I use my debit card to buy gasoline, the charge always shows up at first as $1.00. A few days later it changes to the accurate amount. This may be somewhat similar?
