just checked pacer and it says to have our management training done. does this mean we are on our way? filed june 18, 341 was july 22, today is aug 25

In addition to the pre-filing credit counseling class, there is a post-filing class that you must take in order to receive discharge. Have you taken it? If not, better contact your attorney ASAP.!

From what I've read you have 45 days from your 341 meeting to complete the debtor's education course. I checked pacer today (under Docket Report) and found that my certficate is due on Nov. 6 which is 45 days from my 341. My lawyer wants me to take the course before my 341 in Sept. That way it's done and it will be one less thing to worry about.Stopped paying CC...April 2009

I took my post filing class before my 341. There are a lot of online sites that you can take the class.You can't take a picture of this. It's already gone. ~~Nate, Six Feet UnderComment
