Second Time Filing Questions

Hello to all! Glad to find this forum.

I have some questions I would like answers to:

How long do you have to wait before you file Chap 7 after you have filed it before (06/91 Discharged)?

DO you HAVE to do it w/attorney?

Do I need to retain an attorney to stop phone calls etc.?

You have to wait 8 years.

You do not have to have an attorney....see Pro Se
