    Pacer - trustee entered this

Meeting of Creditors Held as Scheduled

No further explanation or text to download. The trustee's 10 days are up this Friday. This entry was made last Friday the 21st, one week after our 341.

I was hoping for a report of no distribution but this is all it says. Will there be more to come? Thanks.
Filed 7/2. 341 on 8/14, it went well. I'm in the 60 day club. Last day for objections 10/13/09.

Yes, there will be more. These Trustees are real busy these days, so it will be slow going.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

If your 341 was held on the 14th, then the trustee's 10 days are up today.
      Filed Chapter 7: 7/3/09
      341 Hearing: 8/6/09 - Went Smoothly!
      Discharged: 11/30/2009
      Closed: 12/16/2009

I assumed it was 10 business days, not calendar days. Our 341 was the 14th.

No - the Code states "10 days". Unless a code section specifically states "court" days, then it is just 10 "calendar" days.

Anything that is scheduled as 8 or more days in the Federal Court System (and most State Courts) are based on Calendar days. The only time that intermediate weekends, and holidays count is when that "end" date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday. Then it moves to the next available day (with the preceding exceptions noted).

So, if your 10 days ends on a Saturday, it would actually end on that following Monday, unless that Monday is a holiday...

In my calculations, today is your Day 10.

Mine also says that my meeting of creditors was held...and nothing else. My 341 was 7/14/09 and the entry was recorded on 7/17/09.

Did you guys go to the part where you can see all documents filed? That's the only way I can see what the trustee wrote after our 341. Otherwise all I see is "Waiting on 341" or whatever.

                  Now the rebuilding begins....

                    I checked everywhere.
This is exactly what my docket report says:

Meeting of Creditors Held and Examination of Debtor July 14, 2009. (xxxx x. xxxx) (Entered: 07/17/2009)

The next entry has to do with my financial management course.

my 341 was on July 1, 2009. On July 3, 2009 the trustee filed "341 Meeting held and concluded."

Based on the trustees comments, he was going to review our exemptions (my wife and I applied 2 different state's exemptions due to our residency) and he said not to do anything till we heard from him, but if we did hear from him--not to ignore him but respond timely.

                      10 days passed.

                      30 days passed.

we are on Day 53, status is awaiting discharge and we have no flags and are still listed as no asset.

if we get to day 61 and nothing is filed, are we totally in the clear?

poorold: On Pacer have you checked the docket. The docket will have an entry. The time for the trustee to object based on abuse has passed if they have not filed a statement (10 days after the 341).
