Well the UST filed the statement of presumed abuse today. We weren't totally surprised but I'm still bummed and my stomach is doing flips flops again. My lawyer says if this happens he will call the UST. Has anyone ever had a statement of presumed abuse and have the UST drop it? If so, what did they want in return? I hoping against hope, I suppose. Boo-hoo.

sorry to hear this. Did they say why or which part of the code it was.
We are in the same boat and I have seen many posts on those who have been able to get the UST to back down.

Thanks goingcrzy. I feel like I'm going crazy. We dismissed our first C7 because abuse was filed and corrected our numbers, as requested by the UST, and then refiled. My dad's lawyer got involved both times and went to the UST to try and get these statements/motions filed. It's just a nightmare!
