I will have the money to drop off my check TODAY! I am getting excited that I am moving forward. Even though my case is minimal in comparison to others I am just relieved to get rid of the stress! My biggest relief will come after my 341. Tick Tock! I'll keep ya'll posted! :P

I can totally relate. The relief I have felt just in the last few weeks is amazing starting with stopping payments, then paying the attorney, getting the paperwork together and now filing. We already have our 341 date (because I checked PACER) and we're well on our way. You will feel even better with every step. Now I am waiting for the big day!!!

I dropped off the check today at his office but cannot officially file because the certificate from CCCS I can not pick up until Monday. Regardless it's a step and I'm getting closer and closer! I'll definitely let you all know how it goes...... :P

Once I got my attorney paid, and he filed my case, I had much relief also. I was finally able to get some sleep!!
