Pacer Flag DEC?

I just checked pacer...after our horrile 341 yesterday...and the status says...awaiting first meeting...and I assume it says this because of the continuation? then it has a flag that says DEC? what does this mean?

Thank you so much!! You even got my state and district! This makes me feel better...it's like the first 341 never happend I guess.....I'm hopefull that once we get the corrected schedules in her hands she will cancel the second meeting...
