    It will help you understand the rational behind Ch7/ No Asset -not having to reopen.
    I tried to find info on the Third Circuit re: adding creditors, but have run out of time.
    I would just send them your discharge papers in the interim and see if they shut up.

      Thanks a bunch dingdong. Great reading and explains it very well. I'll be mailing a copy of the discharge today and see if they push the issue any further : )

        I would take that article to mean that in the Sixth we are good if someone was left off the schedule in a no asset case.
