I received word back from my attorney as to when I can liquidate my IRAS.
"The discharge applies only to your debts. You will need to wait until the trustee files the appropriate documentation with the court that there are no assets."
I assume this will be done after the auto and RV which I own free and clear are sold by the Trustee. My creditors have until Oct 23,2009 to respond with a claim. Does anyone know at what point the "appropriate documentation" would be filed? Would that be the CLOSING or is there another document prior to the closing?
Thanks for any help you can give me.
