    Annie: I have good and bad news. The cc judgment against the daughter should be able to be discharged and/ or vacated by the BK. Your husband's accident while driving w/o insurance--especially if he was at fault--may survive the BK.

    If your husband was not at fault, there may be some 'wriggle room' there. But you need to discuss this with a BK attorney. Driving w/o insurance--even if you weren't aware you did not have it wll not work in your favor.
