The document states they are requesting a notice of all motions and pleadings filed in this action.

Is this asking for them to be informed of any changes or rulings in my case?

It's filed so they get updates from the court on the status of your case -- if you get a discharge, if it's dismissed, if you get converted to a 13, etc.

It shouldn't cause you any problems and there's nothing you need to do because of it.
