music12: That is so weird that they don't show a calendar for your district. It is unfortunate for so many folks that they learn the hard way about Pacer charges.

Here is a link to the main Pacer site:

From there you can get to any court and then get to the page that says, query, etc. That might help, or your court just might not post. Maybe So. Cal. does because there are so many branches and different places for the calendar. Not sure.

I also log in right through the United States District Court, Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California site most of the time. It's just easier.

If I can help let me know, I'm happy to click around and try and figure out the cheapest way for folks since I don't pay for Pacer.

It's a business lunch with a client of one of the companies I contract for...he's already pushing it back for me till 1:30. I talked to my atty...she said it would probably take an hour...but to put money in the meter for two just in case....but no longer than that;)...which will work out perfect.
