I thought I read somewhere that your 341 is on the 17th, tomorrow.

I have not seen you on here lately, but hopefully you will be back tomorrow after your 341 to tell us how everything went.

And see Ana, Bill and Claudette plan to leave you alone on your big day. (For those of you that don't know who Ana, Bill and Claudette are they are tropical depressions and storms off the coast of Florida that all of us Floridians watch closely this time of year. They tend to mess up our plans if they come to close.)

He like many of us has been under an enormous amount of stress. He is a good fellow and I believe will be feeling a lot better after his 341 (haven't we all?) I am sure he will report back to us. 'Hub

Yes it is, at 3:00.
I called my lawyer to 'touch base' as he requested. He said his paralegal will meet me there, also said the trustee is probably going to ask a lot about the car I sold and where the money went. I have everything I might possibly need in a leather file folder including every single receipt from the car sale.
I have a feeling he might ask about the lawyer I fired and my complaint with the BAR (I hope he asks).
Been going through this stuff in my mind and I'm not sure if I can answer anything to do with those things short and to the point.
I'll do my best.

What is a no distribution letter? I saw it in your signature line.

It means the Trustee is not interested in your stuff. A lot of times after a 341 the trustee will file this if they deem you a no asset case. Don't freak out if you don't get one though, not all trustees use this notice.

yeah, there are only a few things in bk where some news is good news: the filing itself (which isn't really news to you since you are the one who is filing); the report of no distribution (as Tbornetun says, means the trustee is done with you and won't be trying to sell stuff to distribute to your creditors); the discharge (most important!); and the closing (gives you closure, but less important).

other than that, pretty much no news is good news. not that everything else is necessarily bad news. just that these are for sure 4 very good pieces of news.
