I retained my lawyer on 8/4/09 for $1309 and on 8/12/09 he filed my Chap 7 case My 341 meeting is scheduled for 9/17/09

Yes, I predicted the uprise in Bk's. Our economy is in big trouble and yes it started in the Bush era, and is continuing now big time. No way does Govmint have to cure this. The real way is to put a stay on income taxes for a length of time and not hand out our grandchildren's money. This will put money into the hands of those who are working as well as those who need jobs. To put money into the politicians hands for their pet projects will not bring our economy back. My opinion.
