I found it under Docket Report. I found a person that filed jointly in MO using an attorney and they doubled their personal property and jewelry exemptions. Thank you to everyone that helped!!!

Now I am searching for a Ch. 7 BK pro se case in my district, but I can't find one. Apparently pro se is not all that common. Back to searching.

I just searched hundreds of recent cases in Eastern Missouri, but I can't find one that is married filing jointly, Ch. 7 BK, and pro se. Anyone care to help?

be careful, you are going to be paying lots for this! if at all possible, take a weekday and go to the local court. they have pacer terminals there and you can search for free (but not print for free).

Yes, that is why I am asking for help. I have spent about $25 so far searching and looking through other cases. I am hoping someone else knows exactly how to find what I am looking for and can give me a hand. Thank you for the reminder.

i don't know if this will help, but one way to search is to go under reports, then cases, there you can put in the type (bk), chapter (7) and a date range. what you get is a list of all cases filed in that date range. for me, any particular date resulted in a list of not more than 2 pages, that is .16. if you take a range of a week, say, you'll probably get something like 8-10 pages. on those pages the name of the debtor(s). if there are two names, that's most likely married filing jointly. but there won't be anything on that pages saying whether it's a pro se or not - you'll have to look at the docket of the actual case.

i don't really see why you specifically want pro se filings; better to use an attorney filing as an example. jm2c.

                I will try that.

Yes, I agree with your last point, and I have printed out three Chapter 7 BK filing jointly that were prepared by lawyers. The only thing I need now is one or two that have been prepared pro se. THANKS!!! I like to be thorough.

OUCH! Two weeks worth of Ch. 7 BK in my district yielded 47 pages ($3.76).

Your method was great. I saved a bunch of time that way, but I still couldn't find one. In all my searching, I haven't found a single pro se case. I have spent over $25. I am done.

maybe if you really want, you could post a question on the pro se forum; maybe someone will pm you their own case number (though i doubt it; i certainly wouldn't!!).
