I know it must be terrifying to have your home in limbo, but don't get sick over it. Don't forget it will still boil down to disposible monthly income not total debt. Multiply your current payment on the second by 36 months, that is what you would pay towards the 60k. And that is the bad news! the good news is you home could come in lower than the exemption amount and you can void the second and still file chapter 7.

Haven't heard much on above. However, rec'd a C7 discharge notice. Couldn't believe it. Called attorney to question, of course was too good to be true, I was told it was error the discharge was put on the docket by mistake. My question is who puts this on the docket? Is this another mistake by my attorney?
