UPDATE on my Chapter 7 BK
1. I received a summons this past week for unpaid credit card debt.
2. I have read loads and loads of threads on this board, and asked and gotten great answers to a few important questions (THANKS! Awesome people on this board).
3. I have bought the NOLO Chapter 7 bankruptcy book and read half of it.
4. I have gathered a lot of the paperwork I will need to file.
5. I have calculated and am below my state median income requirement.
6. I have written an Answer to Summons that I will file in a couple of weeks to buy some time.
