congrats on the 60 day club! We went to our 341 today and it seems like the trustee picked the difficult cases first as the first guy got drilled and kept looking at his attorney for answers as he forgot to list 10 acres he had in Texas as an asset and he was moving money around a lot. He also borrowed from his girlfriend and payed her back within the year for a car and cashed out a cd and his 401k and was continued and the lawyer looked on as this info came to light. The next case was a lady who was up was asked why she had 3 iras and why there were so many transactions in her brokerage accounts as she could not remember anything. She said she lost all in the casinos here in Vegas and the trustee requested a win loss statement from her and more details about her accounts from investment advisor.
After a couple more cases where they were also grilled or needed more paperwork the wife and I get called up and sworn in and the only question we were asked referred to a debit on our last months bank account statement were we went to a local attorney for a fix ona traffic ticket, he was checking to see if injury accident, and then we were sent on our way. The wife was nervous because of all the previous cases getting grilled. Our meeting lasted a whole 2 minutes after reading the forum here I probably could have filed pro se as it was not as intimidating as I anticipated.

Debtmonster - I see you live in Central Florida. My meeting was today and it went SO smooth.. If you have trustee [name deleted by moderator], he is an older guy, and he honestly wants to give people a fresh start. My meeting lasted about 30 seconds. Nothing to worry about

I moved a while back. I just was too lazy to update my profile. Updating it now.

I have some other trustee they assigned me to in Miami.

I'd say the entertaining case is in trouble. You can tell with the Trustee's demeaner usually if someone is in trouble or not. Showing up late, giving multiple answers, outright lying , etc don't bode well for ya. At least that wasn't your case The Trustee will spend all his time on that case this week and just do the once over on yours
I didn't think of it that way, he certainly does have his hands full with that guy, hopefully I will get the once over.
