Will I still be able to claim my interest that I've paid on my 1st & 2nd mortgage when I file my taxes. Both were included in my bankruptcy. Received discharged on 7/20. I did not reaffirm either mortgage, but I have continued to make payments and remain current. Can I claim the interest when I file taxes?
