Sorry, I'm sure this is covered somewhere, but I could not find it....our 341 is next week...and I just thought of this..do we have to do the pre-discharge counceling before the 341?

No. The Pre-discharge counseling must be done before discharge date. To give you an idea, my 341 was today and my counseling must be done and certificate filed by 09/28. My discharge date is 10/13. I found the 09/28 due date on the Pacer system where you can look up your bk records. You find due dates under the Deadline/Schedule query.
p.s. I would get it done as soon as you can. I plan to do it next week. You know what happens when you put things off!!Filed Chapter 7: 06/29/2009

Within 45 days after your 341. I did mine 2 days after I filed just to get it out of the way.Filed 5/29/09
