Ordinary monthly bills and expenses after filing?

Maybe this is a dumb question, but...

I filed chapter 7 on 10/14/05 and am just wondering ... do I continue paying my ordinary monthly bills our of my ordinary monthly cashflow?

I want to keep my truck ($283/mo) and I think I should pay that and also pay my normal utilities bills, etc... as I've stated in my schedules...

I can just keep paying my ordinary bills and expenses, out of my normal cashflow, right?

Just wanting to be sure... I do not want to do anything wrong before my 341 meeting.
I'm in N. California ... Thanks for your replies!

You will need to keep everything current from this point forward.
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

You did not say if you owned your home or not.
If you own your home, plan to keep it, then stay current on the mortgage payments. Same with auto payment, if you plan to keep it. Also all utilities must be kept current.

If you are not keeping your home or auto, then make no more payments. Put those funds away to help you move or whatever you need to do in the future.

If you rent you must keep your rent payments current also.

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
