    Discharged ... 67 days later

    Checked pacer today. Finally discharged 67 days after my 341. It's been quite a journey since I made a decision last Oct to stop making my mortgage payments and brace myself for bankruptcy.

    This forum has been a tremendous help and just a wealth of information.

    Now the fresh start begins ...... well right after I move into a new place. My house is up for sheriff's auction in a week. Hoping it does not sell and can buy me some additional time rent free.

                Congratulations!!
                4/09 Converted to a Ch 7 due to loss in dh's income
                5/09 UST now involved no idea what happens next
                7/09 UST has decided to withdraw his motion to dismiss!
                7/27/09 DISCHARGED!!!

                        I can't wait to have my very own hamster dance. But we don't file until Tuesday so still have a ways to go. Congrats to you OP! Enjoy your fresh start!
