341 today in Orange County, CA

My 341 was at 1PM, out the door by 1:20 PM. Very fast, no issues, trustee very professional and courteous. Not sure what all the fuss is about, anyone having one anytime soon should just relax. If you tell the truth and are not being fraudulent, there is nothing to worry about.

I was last Thursday in Orange County. I was surprised also at how laid back it was. Our TT was even dressed pretty casual. Our attorney said in LA, they are a little more straight laced, but still pretty fast.

Its really not a big deal. Like I said in my original post, if you were honest, not trying to commit fraud, not hiding assets or anything of the sort, you have nothing to worry about. My time before the trustee was less then 2 minutes. It took me longer to walk back to my car.

To a Fast and Smooth 341 hearing. You said it took longer to walk back to your car than time with the Trustee...how funny.

We're not filing until 9/30/09; however, we took our Pre-Bankruptcy Course and she informed me the 341 hearings are held on the top floor of the Bank of America Building. I just laughed as they are one of the largest creditors in our Chapter 7. Gonna fill kinna funny riding in on my scooter to a fancy building of which they will no longer receive around $16,000 from us1

Ours is tomorrow & I'm a nervous wreck Hiding nothing, but just human nature to be worried I think (atleast for me anyway ). Hoping we can get in & right out so dh can get atleast half a day in at work (no work = no pay ).
