A charge on a dormant credit card

I have a credit card which was not listed on my creditor matrix as it had a zero balance. I used this card only to have my tolls auto replenished on this card. I rarely drive the tolls roads but I did a few weeks ago because of traffic. I guess that knocked me below the $10 minimum balance and the toll roads charged my credit card $30. I was suprised when I got the statement in the mail yesterday. I actually have my 341 hearing tomorrow. I totally forgot this card was linked to my toll road account. The last time I had to replenish my account was July 2008

Should I tell my attorney or just pay it and not even mention. Hope this is not going to cause me problems now.

I had a $15 subscription get charged to a card with a zero balance a few days before I filed.

    I just paid it...

      Pay it.

Answer ONLY the exact question asked of you at your 341 - do not elaborate.

Change your link from the cc to your debit card for the toll road auto refill. (Don't worry, it is an easy thing to forget this ...it should not be an issue whatsoever. But, if it comes up, just tell the truth. )
