and do creditors ever object to a trustee's determination? and if they do, would that be a "contested matter" included in the fee? for example, there was a poster here a while back who said that he filed ch7 as an asset case and had $10,000 in the bank beyond his exemptions, but then the trustee filed a report of no distribution and turned it into a no-asset case. would a creditor object and ask the court to get some or all of that $10,000?
