Wells Fargo and relief of Automatic Stay

    Hi
A week after I filed BK 7 Wells Fargo sent in their request to lift the Automatic Stay. Where I am not reafirrming the house and it is on the market, we did not fight it.

I had numerous offers on my house during the past few weeks and you think
they would even get back to the lawyer of realtor? NO.

They seem to just want to go thru all these motions for whatever their stupid reasons are. I had someone that offered over what the pricipal was
and they could have wiped the slate clean.....I am only 60 days behind.
What idiots. I had three offers withdraw as they were tired of waiting.

So I got a letter yesterday from the lawyer saying to expect them to start foreclosure proceedings soon.

So when they do, what's next? Anyone know the time frames, etc? I am not living there.

Here's the timeline for how foreclosures typically occur in NH - http://www.homehelpnh.org/timeline.htm

And here's a summary of the foreclosure law in NH - http://www.foreclosurelaw.org/New_Ha...losure_Law.htm
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
