One Creditor doesn't seem to get what the stay means.....

For the third month in a row since filing I got another bill
from the same creditor. I have sent them to my lawyer
each time. Can't they get fined for this?

Have you tried contacting them and giving them your case #. I had this happen to me also with a few seems like things got crossed up between departments. I didn't even bother my attorney with it. I just called them and gave them our attorney's name and our case number and that was the end of it.

your lawyer probably doesn't want to bother calling them. you can call them and remind them. make a note for yourself saying when you spoke with them. if they continue after you spoke with them, you could have your lawyer file a motion for sanctions.

i got only one bill after filing. i wouldn't have thought anything of it if i had gotten a second bill. but three seems excessive, they should have their act together by now.
