I haven't paid last years, and we're suppose to have the bills for this year out within a few weeks. I'm filing on all of them.
The bank can pay them when they get their property back. All information contained in this post is for informational and amusement purposes only.

Do you intend to keep the property?
By no means am I a bk expert (complete newbie!) so I can't offer sound advice/experience. I met with my second consult attorney today and was informed that since I do not intend to keep my house, I should stop paying the property taxes (no escrow account). A lien will be placed on the property and will become the responsibility of the mortgage company when it takes possession.
Of course, I'll maintain insurance for liability/catastrophic purposes (and continue to hope a tree will fall on this darn house before foreclosure ).*Filed: September 23, 2009 *341: November 4, 2009 *Discharged: January 4, 2010 *Closed: January 20, 2010
