I need to add three creditors that have hit my desk after the 341 I overlooked...... Is this possible ?

yes, it's possible (assuming the debt itself is from before you filed) by amending your petition. however, in some districts it's not necessary to amend if you are a no-asset case, because all debt is discharged even if you forget to list a creditor.
sometimes when you amend your petition to add creditors, they extend the 60 days as to the new creditors, resulting in a delay of discharge.
