We have been discharged since June 28th and still we are not closed. I don't want to keep checking on Pacer because I don't want to pay them any more money. My question is are we sent paperwork from the courts when our case is eventually closed? We received our discharge papers and was just wondering if they do the same thing when a case is closed.

If you were an asset case, it could take a while. Even if you weren't an asset case, it could still take some time. The closure of your case is administrative and does not affect you at all. ANd no, you won't recieve any documentation stating your case is closed.Originally posted by broken64 View PostWe have been discharged since June 28th and still we are not closed.
