OMG... the day finally got here.

I didn't think I would see it yet today because the TT said the time started on the June 8th even though my 341 was on the 5th. Yesterday it said time in status was 57 days.

This is what I saw when I just signed into Pacer.

Awaiting Closing      08/05/2009      0 days 15   Order Discharging Debtor 

Even though it is not closed.. I can do my happy dance right?!!!

Thanks everyone for all your help. I could never have made it through this without your support and help.

One of the best things I learned from you was that if I wasn't comfortable with my attorney, keep looking. I almost settled for the 2nd one I went to.
On the advise of you on here, I went to see one more and he was the one who made the difference.

I have kept my house, have not had to reaffirm any loans, nothing was even mentioned by the creditor that I co own the Harley with.

Attorney # 2 was going to have me jumping through hoops and # 3 has made this process as easy as it could be. I had far more documentation ready than I needed, but I guess that was ok too.

Thanks again and I intend to stay around if for nothing else than to offer encouragement to people during this stressful process.

Wow, I can sleep tonight and then educate myself some more on how to repair my credit.
